Goal #4 - Use a decentralized DNS system

We need a decentralized name system, that allows you to control a human readable name (aka "domain name"). It needs to be fully decentralized and better than IPNS.

Requirements:

• Decentralized name system
• Allowing to change the pointer to the latest IPFS content (after all changing the content in IPFS results into a new content hash; 'CID')
• Open-source
• The end-user should be in control of the "domain name", no third parties
• No fees or costs
