Move the search bar to the top

Instead of having the search bar at the bottom (like traditional browsers are doing), move it to the top.

The top makes much more sense, since that is where your mouse cursor is located. And where you are looking at on the screen.

Instead of a full bar, we should switch to a popover window instead. Similar to the 'IPFS Network Status' popover item.
