Run IPFS as a seperate service during start-up
When building the Windows binary, see #25, we can't use
fork() anymore to start a second process in the background for managing IPFS.
That is why IPFS need to start during system start, just like a daemon service under Windows and GNU/Linux. We can switch profiles (#34) in order to lower the resource usage of IPFS, when LibreWeb isn't used.
